Rate Your Well-being

Hopefully you have had time to read the previous post. If not, go read it! For everyone else it's time to rate your well-being and time to give yourself some honest feed back .

Are you ready?

On a scale of 1 to 10 (1-not likely; 10-extremely likely) how would you rank the areas of your well-being? (Each area listed below has at least one sample question, but don't let the sample question(s) limit your response)
    Rate Your-Self
  1. Life evaluation - Are you optimistic about the future? or Did you spend at least 20 minutes of social time with family or friends yesterday?
  2. Emotional health - Were you without stress most of the day yesterday?
  3. Physical health -  Did you feel well rested on yesterday?
  4. Healthy behaviors - Did you exercise for 30 min on 3 or more days last week?
  5. Work environment - Do you feel you get to use your strengths or do what you do best every day?
  6. Basic access to health and life resources (food, shelter, safety) - Do you have more access to fresh fruits and vegetables than a year ago?
How did you rank in comparison to other people in your state. Would you say you have a high, medium, or low level of well-being?  Did you locate any areas to add to your "To Do' list?
Which area(s) do you forsee change and which do you associate as being out of your realm of control?
