What You Can't Seperate

Simple Living! 7 laws surrounded by the simplicity of everyday living.

Galen’s seven laws of health are interconnected to the point that if an effort is made to accomplish four of the seven, the remaining three will be fulfilled as a result. For example nutritious eating does not just include the foods you eat, but the content of the beverages consumed as well. Some of the most highly recommended drinks are non-fat milk, 100% fruit juice, and water. Each of drinks assist in fulfilling a daily nutritional needs. However, of the three, our daily water consumption remains multifaceted. Water assist in hydration, joint movement, and assist in transferring food and waste throughout the body to excretion. Consistent water consumption results in a smoother visit to the restroom for all who dare to drink. As seen in the previous example good nutrition result in the fulfillment of two other laws; drinking the right beverages and producing a daily BM. However, if nutrition is not enough in bringing about expedient results, exercise has been known to usher in a daily BM. Exercise effect on the body also assist in serving/fulfilling multiple laws. It allows oportunity to obtain a breath of fresh air, especially if performed out doors, it also assist in a good sleeping patterns.
Over the course of the next few months I will address in detail four of the 7 laws: nutrition, exercise, adequate sleep, and controlling one's emotions. Each will be discussed separately but with the understanding that each of these laws are in some way interconnected.
