You Already Know What To Do...Do It!

King Solomon once said there is nothing done, that has not already been revealed and nothing revealed that has not already been given even from the beginning’.

In 201 AD Roman Physician Galen practiced and introduced us to The Seven Laws of Health. These seven laws (his theory) were very simply stated, yet presented as if everyone possessed the capacity to adhere to each of them. These laws were applicable and to be carried out daily;

1) Get a breath of fresh air
2) Eat proper foods
3) Drink the right beverages
4) Exercise
5) Get adequate sleep
6) Have a daily bowel movement (BM)
7) Control your emotions

These principles as the King stated are not new to us, considering they were previously taught and regenerated by educational, religious, and even medical institutions of learning. So the question at hand lies in this, why do we constantly seek something new to address an age old problem? Are we seeking new applications?
For many this would appear to be the case, but the majority seek a new law altogether. Hoping that someone would realize the one thing we thought we knew all along, “It is no longer valid to associate eating a balanced diet or exercise with healthy living”. Yes! Now for just $15.99 you could take the red pill to look and feel like you did at 17 or take the blue pill and look and feel like you did when you were 21.

Who would not want to be deceived in such a way? Especially when this way requires little to no effort on our behalf. Let’s face it each of us will eventually have to realize that theories rarely change, but WE CAN change to align ourselves with what the theory states. I say this confidently because we are not designed nor created by man or his theories. Our job (which consist of the lesser work) is to effectively utilize and maintain what’s already been given to us. No more EXCUSES you know what's needed to assist you in living healthfully, because it’s been around since the beginning.
