- Life evaluation - Are you optimistic about the future? or Did you spend at least 20 minutes of social time with family or friends yesterday?
- Emotional health - Were you without stress most of the day yesterday?
- Physical health - Did you feel well rested on yesterday?
- Healthy behaviors - Did you exercise for 30 min on 3 or more days last week?
- Work environment - Do you feel you get to use your strengths or do what you do best every day?
- Basic access to health and life resources (food, shelter, safety) - Do you have more access to fresh fruits and vegetables than a year ago?
